In preparation for Uncle’s New Year’s Revolution, this week’s show was another test of the Uncle Broadcasting System. Live as always from Ochelli.com, Uncle has recently added video streaming via his YouTube channel. Some additional bells and whistles and technical issues were dealt with by sidekick, Aaron, while Uncle took care of the true task at hand, entertaining. A drawn out dollar store beer review, and talk about eating squirrels were all part of the night’s conversation.

This episode is a test of the Uncle Broadcasting System. This is only a test, although we hope that the show is still entertaining as usual. Uncle welcomes Spike Robinson and Pearse Redmond to the broadcast. They are both cohosts of the Undue Influence In Popular Culture podcast series. Here, the conversation runs the gamut from the truth about magazine crews to the utility of a good spaghetti mop. Uncle was very pleased to have learned something during this episode.

Dr Dog comes on to speak with Uncle. More specifically, Zach Miller, the keyboardist of rock band Dr Dog. Uncle and Zach speak of their appreciation of the Mojave high desert area within and around Joshua Tree National Park. As is to be expected, Uncle has a few ideas for Dr Dog to help inspire them with their future musical projects.
