Have you ever heard of Roger Bannister? He was a man that told society, experts, and most importantly, himself, that the four-minute mile WAS possible. There was a time where health experts had an understanding that the human body was not capable of running a mile in less than four minutes. So why is this important? We limit ourselves simply because our environment such as family, friends, and influences limit our beliefs. In this episode, I dive into the reality of what the human is mind truly capable of and why it is important to achieve the "unachievable."

The mind is so powerful. Yet we underestimate the ability and capability of how we talk and think to ourselves. Everything we think, say, and do plays a role in our lives in an extraordinary matter. In this episode, I am joined by my guest Adam Salvador. We dive into self-talk, mindfulness, positive thinking, and so much more in order to have a deep understanding of just how powerful the mind really is.

Did you know that stress is a survival instinct? We used to have to worry about getting killed by predators which enabled that fight or flight feeling. Now surviving is super simple, so simple that small things in our life cause that trigger. In this episode, I talk about how we can take the stress and turn it into a superpower. How many times have you been afraid of failing at something? So much that you decided to not even attempt anything at all? Have you undermined your own efforts to avoid the possibility of a larger failure? As an entrepreneur, this is something I'm faced with all the time. My identity and ego became intertwined with my ability to work, especially when things didn’t go as planned. I overcame this unhealthy relationship with fear, and I believe that you can, too.

Let's face it...we aren't doing enough to prevent these deaths. We need more mandates to preserve our health and others. OR why mandate anything at all? Clearly, the US Government and the Media aren't consistent with what we ought to do in order to prevent these covid deaths....let alone heart disease deaths. Let's dive in

We are at a level of uncertainty in the economy. The housing market is in a bubble, hyperinflation is happening, taxes will be going up, commodities are now more costly, and the middle-lower class is getting swept by their feet. So what's going on? Tune in to find out...
I realized I wanted my podcast to be about uncomfortable conversations because I used to be afraid to talk about certain topics. Then I realized that isn't the way I live nor the ways I would suggest other people live. I once made a podcast called "Are You Living Your Own Life," and by those means, I realized I was living the life "cancel culture" wanted me to. I was too afraid to speak on the behalf of my own beliefs. Therefore, let's dive right in and see what it's about!

Don't let history repeat itself. Many of us grew up without fathers, mothers, and proper role models. We are being indoctrinated in a society that supports single motherhood, flex culture, lack of self-responsibility, victimhood, and booty-thong-models... In this episode, I was joined by a special guest Adam Coroner; discussing these problems at large. Let's dive right in!

In this episode, I talk about what it is like being a minority in 2021. Might not be what you think it is about...Let's dive right in!
I have seen a great decline in how our society handles adversity and oppression. We all go through our own stories, varying from a very comfortable privileged life to an uncomfortable oppressed life. Now regardless of what actually goes on in our lives, we tend to think and focus on all the bad in our lives thinking that we have it worse, or at least ACT like we have it the worst. In this episode, I talk about a mindset that allows us to overcome our reality and become victors within our victim ideology. Let's dive right in...
