In this episode I talk about my radio journey from how i landed on radio by being discovered to how and why i moved from the first radio station to the 4th one where I'm at. I talk candidly about sexual harassment in the work place, racism, the worst people to have worked with, the best people to have worked with, my influences and everything radio.

We have all either been the other woman or experienced the presence of another woman atleast once in past or even current relationships.

As someone whose been on both sides of the coin here's what it looks and feels like

Sharing the top 5 of my life's most traumatic incidents. Uncomfortably confronting how they have shaped and moulded who I am, how I thin and act, how I process things, how I've healed and dealt with them all...well most of them. Among the incidents is the rape, being a pastors kid and public defamation of character.

Navigating the complexities and changes that come with 30 and I found I have managed to find peace in a tumultuous environment
