Jessica Stone is an American author, twenty-year journalist and global adventurer who covers the intersection of business and politics around the world. Influenced by her immigrant grandparents, Jessica credits her grandmother for her hard work ethic, tenacity, and for her progressiveness in respecting and endeavoring to understand people who view the world through a different lens. 

In this episode we talk about cross-cultural competency-- looking for common ground in disparate cultures-- and how you don’t have to change who you are in order to be able to identify with others.
