Nate recently created the Iron Mind Fund and has raised $34,450 in honor of his friend and spreading mental health awareness. He will also be racing in the Iron Man Triathlon Series on November 22nd to spread further awareness for the cause. In addition to this, Nate has experience as a strength/conditioning coach, athletic trainer, and is currently an aspiring physician. We discuss everything from talking more about mental health early in college to how holding a door for someone can create a positive impact across many peoples' lives.
