Perry and Shawna continue to wrestle with Jesus’ call to follow him without reservation, without distraction, and with complete abandon.  First Greg Kelly of World Mission shares how his wrested with Jesus calling him away from a successful business to be part of bringing the gospel to those who’ve never heard.  Then Greg shares about how our past can keep us from answering Jesus call to follow him—We learn that Jesus doesn’t use us in spite of our past but because of our past! 

Next Shawna shares that following Jesus has been a journey in giving up her need to control, like letting go of her teenage daughter who joined Jesus on mission last summer on the other side of the world.  And finally Perry shares how Jesus saves us from ourselves when we listen to his hard words—“Deny yourself, take up your cross, lose your life for me and you’ll find it.”
