The last year has been hard. Both Saunder and Jalynn have felt emptiness towards each other. In this episode they detail this emptiness, walking on egg shells, how they've been understanding towards each other and touch on how they've worked through it. 

2020 has been quite the year! Actually, the last 12 months have been quite the year and we're adding to it! Get ready for BIG changes and a BIG life update...

Day 3 of the retreat and we go deeper than ever. As Samuel L Jackson once said, "Hold Onto Your Butts".  Jalynn cries for 5 hours, discovers a heavy and confusing loss, AND HAS MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF HEALING. Saunder builds in his Universe and experiences enlightenment. 

Day 2 of the retreat and things get really real. Saunder is introduced to his Spirit Guide or Animal. Jalynn has a dark experience and then a beautiful experience as she has a rebirthing of her VAGINA (she's working on saying it loud and proud). The Spiritual Experience continues. 

The episode you've all been waiting for! This episode is all about the first day of the ceremony and taking the medicine. Jalynn & Saunder had completely different experiences. Jalynn uncovered things that happened in her past that were buried deeeeeep. Saunder had an epic battle with his ego and unleashed his warrior spirit. And then...they enjoyed the best watermelon of their life.

This is a loooonggg episode (listen at 1.5 or 2x ;). We told ourselves we weren't going to go deep and then we went deepish. We wanted to provide you guys with some more info of our journey and where we're at today. Jalynn get's raw. Saunder gets triggered.
