This week Dr Grace Molloy discusses Unconscious Bias, something she believes we all need to be thinking about more carefully particularly in the context of how it can impact students and families we work with. Closely linked to prejudice, it is a tricky topic to address and to be able to address it, we need to be able to create a safe and open culture in schools.
