One of the most hardcore arsonists fire fighters had ever seen, or was he? As a result of recent updates we're not sure if the "Seattle Arsonist" ever even existed... Up next we talk about old tech... Cognitech that is. This is a company that ''enhances'' surveillance video to help in solving robberies and murders, I just love obsolete segments like these. Next we have a very frightening premise. You go to open a package that look fairly innocuous. When you open the package a bullet shoots through your body. You have just been victimized by the Zip Gun Bomber! Finally we talk about ol' televangelist Pat Robertson and the anonymous person who tried to blow his ass into the stone ages, we also get a peak at megachurch pastor Joel Osteen's father and sister... because they were also victims of this "televangelist bombing".

We open the podcast talking about October and our feelings on the month. Then we talk about Mike's new job (congrats Mike). We then discuss the case of the Boston Strangler and how he strangled people in Boston. Finally we end on one of the best mustaches in the game, of course I'm referring to the Unabomber.

Westboro Baptist Church is a hate group make no mistake. Their founder had a severe hatred for homosexuals and because of that, his family(which makes up the entirety of the chuch)started picketing various functions that supported equality. As if that wasn't enough then they moved on to picketing military funerals and just... being pieces of shit in general... We rip these people a new asshole in this episode of UUM.

In part two of our coverage of Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple, we get to the San Francisco years and then finally Jonestown. Jim Jones' debauchery and erratic behavior was starting to catch up with him. When a news reporter informed Jones that they were going to release a tell-all from former Peoples Temple members, Jones decided it was time to flee the United States to a little place called Jonestown...

The Heaven's Gate cult was started by Marshall Applewhite and Bonnie Nettles. This cult used Christianity as a springboard for their wacky ideas about aliens and the earth being a "garden" that was to be recycled. As many people know, over two dozen of the members were found dead wearing the same brand of Nike tennis shoe and black track suit. It was a cult-fueled mass suicide. Discover with Mike and Josh what the hell this cult is all about.

Lisa Ziegart was from a small town in Massachusetts and was a beloved school teacher to special needs children. So of course, because our universe is sick, she had to be murdered... BUT BY WHO??? Next, the Bible Code is finally talked about on UUM. This was a later episode in Unsolved Mysteries (1998) and could be argued that this was the period when the show was getting weaker. It is still amusing, though, to make fun of Michael Drosnin. What other mysteries could this episode have packed in it? Better listen to find out...
