Moving swiftly on from another demoralising and infuriating afternoon in Milton Keynes, this week we're joined by the other side of the debate surrounding Mark Bonner's position in charge of United. Russ Greaves, author of 100 Things I Love About Cambridge United, joins Jack and Tom to talk us through his stance on the manager and why there's reason to keep him.

Back to negative ways unfortunately this week. Jordan, Tom and Matt are giving the arduous task of talking about a 2-0 defeat to 10 men Barnsley, and answering all your questions on whether we will ever be able to get out of the relegation staring us directly in the face. But there's also some positives as they preview a trip to the Emirates with the Under 18s.

This week's UTAS includes some rare spotted positivity as the boys look back on a 0-0 draw with Lincoln that left the U's with a fair dose of optimism to end January with. As well as looking ahead to the Ipswich Town Not A Derby Derby, we also caught up with Under 18s manager Jimmy Unwin on his side's remarkable win against Chelsea in the FA Youth Cup.

As the U's form continues to get worse, the podcast continues on its own negativity bandwagon. This week Jordan and Tom have a chat about the 5-1 hammering at Shrewsbury and discuss if there's any way to make things better.
