Today we are airing our 50th episode. This podcast was originally thought of over a decade ago as a way to celebrate all the wonderful, wild, intelligent, ambitious, eccentric people of the service industry because we were unaware of any platform that spoke honestly about these people's experiences or allowed them a voice.
Two years ago that idea became a reality when Under The Apron was born. For me it has been one of the most fun, fulfilling experiences of my life to watch this idea continue to grow and get better.

We look forward to another 50 episodes of all you crazy motherfuckers letting us know how you really feel.
