Addiction. Prison. The unimaginable loss of a child. Most people wouldn't come back from one of those things, let alone all three. But Antony did — and the journey he took to get to the other side is one of the most honest, raw conversations I've had on this podcast.

We talk about what life actually looks like when you're in it — the depths of addiction, what prison does to a person, and the kind of grief that changes you forever. But more than that, we talk about the turning point. The moment things began to shift. And how Antony went from surviving to helping others do the same as a life coach.
