Create a nice, safe and comfortable space for yourself without any interruptions while you go through these 3 steps.
Write down or voice journal to yourself any patterns, habits, trauma, characteristics, events or anything you can think of that might have been carried down through your ancestral line, on a family level (and a country level -optional) You might have had to do some research on this before starting this healing ritual. Keep your pen or voice journal handy as I recommend recording any thoughts, emotions, images or memeries that might show up throughout and even the days after.
