Today I got to sit down with am amazing PHD doctor Cameron Norsworthy. Cameron had spent a large portion of his life studying the Flow State both as a top athlete and with his PHD studies. The Flow State is a subject that I find incredible powerful and intriguing and it was an amazing conversation diving deep into the inner mind and how it works when under pressure and in peak performance. This was a truly thought provoking conversation and one that I think you will enjoy and great some great resources on how to use your own mind in peak state.
