Today I am thrilled to welcome Gloria Feldt, a lifelong advocate for women, visionary leader, and powerhouse of inspiration to our show.

Gloria is the author, speaker, CEO, and cofounder and president of Take The Lead, a nonprofit dedicated to achieving gender parity in leadership across all sectors. Through her work, she has created a research-based, proven program of training, coaching, role models, and thought leadership that empowers women to step fully into their power.

Take The Lead serves individuals, organizations, and companies with a rich variety of programs, including 9 Leadership Power Tools online courses and in-person workshops, 50 Women Can Change the World cohorts, and the annual Power Up Concert and Conference held on Women's Equality Day, August 26.

Gloria is also a devoted mother and grandmother, sharing a life with her late husband, six children, and 16 grandchildren.
