I love the way Source finds ways to guide us. Sometimes it happens during meditation, sometimes while walking in nature, and sometimes through the simple act of putting color on a page.
In this episode I'm joined by my friend Constance Chapman. Constance has spent more than 50 years working with women, helping them reconnect with their own deep wisdom. With degrees in Women's Spirituality and Creative Inquiry, she brings a beautiful blend of spiritual understanding and creative exploration to her work, especially with women over 65.
We had such a lovely conversation about creativity as a doorway to the wisdom of your soul and how that wisdom can guide the way you build your business. And here's something I love. You don't have to consider yourself an artist to access this magic. You simply get to be curious about what Source wants to show you.
If you've been wrestling with a decision in your business, wondering what's next, or feeling a little nudge from your soul to explore something new, I invite you to listen.
Episode Highlights
00:03: Creativity, Wisdom, and Women's Work
An introduction to creativity as a way to move beneath overthinking and self-doubt, to make better, clearer decisions.
01:40: Quieting Self-Doubt
A pandemic-era insight for Constance ..."It's acrylic, you can paint over it" helped make room for creativity by easing the pressure to get things right the first time.
03:01: Building a Business That Feels True
Choosing intimate small-group work over chasing a large audience can help shape a business around personal strengths, joy, and connection.
05:44: Creativity as Inner Guidance
Creative practice can bring attention into the present, making it easier to hear insights that may be obscured by overthinking or outside advice.
10:22: From Inner Critic to Discernment
The critical voice can become a helpful editor and partner when it supports refining an idea instead of judging the person creating it.
12:30: Creativity Without Artistic Training
Creative work is about expressing what's within, not making polished art. Color, marks, and movement can offer a starting point for anyone.
14:26: Simple Practices for Clarity
Doodling or making slow, intentional marks with pencils or markers can help bring feelings into view and reveal what may need attention.
18:38: Slowing Down for Better Decisions
Brief pauses can help shift business choices away from fear and scarcity toward greater clarity and groundedness. Even a few minutes of creative reflection can offer a reset.

Podcast: The Art of Feminine Business with Julie Foucht at https://juliefoucht.com/podcast/
There's something deliciously powerful about a woman who reclaims her magic, embraces her wild, witchy soul, and builds a business that honors who she truly is.
In this episode, I'm joined by Laura Yates, founder of The Hummingbird Life, cacao ceremonialist, retreat facilitator, and Andean-initiated medicine woman. Laura is devoted to helping women remember the witch within and reconnect with the ancient wisdom of the Divine Feminine.
We have a juicy conversation about ceremonial cacao, the magic of living in rhythm with Mama Earth, and what happens when we reclaim the word witch as a source of wisdom and power. And, of course, we bring it back to business. Because when you honor your natural rhythms and trust the wisdom of your body, you begin creating a business that flows with your energy, supports your desires, and gives you space to live a truly magical life.
Episode Highlights
06:49: What makes cacao ceremonial
Ceremonial cacao is approached with care for its origins, the land, and the people who grow it. Its bitterness is embraced as part of its character, rather than masked with sweetness.
10:01: Preparing cacao and holding ceremony
Ceremony preparation can include focused time, dance, song, and intentions for the people gathering. The care and energy brought to the process can shape the experience.
11:13: Planning work around cyclical energy
Tracking menstrual phases can help guide scheduling, from placing events in more outward-facing periods to making room for rest and personal ceremony. The approach is adaptable rather than a rigid calendar formula.
14:37: Finding seasons and rest in everyday life
Seasonal gatherings can help create space for reflection even in places without dramatic seasonal changes. The moon and nature offer useful reference points, while personal experience remains the guide.
18:29: Reclaiming the word "witch"
Witch is framed as a woman standing in her power and honoring her connection to nature and spirituality. Reclaiming the word can challenge shame and recognize the wisdom of women who were historically marginalized.
25:02: Practices and gatherings for listeners
A guided self-holding practice offers ways to feel grounded and choose how much energy to give or receive.

Money often carries stories, old promises, and a little ancestral spellwork.
In this solo episode, we're exploring the six layers of Akashic Record Money Codes, beliefs and energetic agreements that influence how women earn, receive, and experience money.
I'll share how we uncover and rewrite these hidden agreements, opening space for your soul's abundance blueprint to guide your business and your wealth. I invite you to bring your curiosity and discover where your money magic is ready to awaken.
Episode Highlights
01:19: What money codes are
Money codes are beliefs, energetic agreements, and old rules that influence how you earn, receive, hold, spend, and experience money. They can feel so familiar that it's hard to recognize them as beliefs.
03:11: Ancestral money codes
Family stories about scarcity, wealth, sacrifice, and survival can shape present-day choices. Asking what might feel frightening about having more money than previous generations can help reveal an inherited rule.
07:20: Society codes and the masks we wear
Cultural expectations encourage roles such as "the good girl," "the responsible one," or "the rebel." These roles may lead to over-giving, avoiding help, or resisting useful structure.
09:44: Family of origin codes
Unresolved fear, shame, and unrealized dreams within a family can influence how safe it feels to trust yourself and make money. Reflecting on family stories may reveal beliefs that still shape your relationship with money.
11:55: Past life codes and visibility
The episode explores the "witch wound" as a possible source of fear around being seen, speaking up, and sharing work. When visibility feels unsafe, potential clients may struggle to find the people they need.
15:24: Inner child codes
Early experiences of wounding, unmet needs, or unrecognized achievements can affect how safe it feels to ask for what you want and receive it. Revisiting those memories with compassion may help shift the beliefs formed in childhood.
17:46: The soul mission code
Beneath the other layers is what is described as an original abundance blueprint.

This episode gets deliciously witchy.
I'm joined by fellow witch Mikhaila Gaffen Stone, a board-certified behavior analyst, Human Design strategist, author, and Professional Life Untangler, for a conversation about the invisible spells we absorb from family, culture, and all the rules women are taught to follow.
We explore the patterns behind people-pleasing, burnout, and self-doubt, and what it takes to break their hold.
Mikhaila blends behavior science, Human Design, and deep inner wisdom to help women untangle old conditioning, trust themselves more fully, and create lives and businesses that actually fit who they are.
If you've ever wondered which beliefs are truly yours and which ones were handed to you, you're going to want to hear this conversation.
Episode Highlights
03:32: Witchcraft as self-trust and energetic clarity
What it means to bring witchy practices into business. The focus is on tuning into personal energy, using tools like cards or a pendulum for clarity, and trusting what feels right instead of defaulting to outside approval.
04:44: Building business from what feels aligned
The discussion highlights a summit created without over-focusing on conventional business rules. The emphasis is on starting with meaningful conversations and following excitement, even when the strategy feels unconventional.
05:07: Choosing voices that matter over rigid criteria
Podcasting as a space where strong voices sometimes matter more than strict application rules. This point reinforces the idea that intuition and purpose can guide better decisions than formulaic gatekeeping.
09:42: Practicing a clean no
Building stronger boundaries: say "no, thank you" without over-explaining. This creates a new experience in the body and helps reveal that other people's reactions are not proof that you did something wrong.
11:49: What Human Design is
Human Design offers insights tailored to the individual, allowing them to understand their unique attributes and challenges. Mikhaila advocates for testing this knowledge in everyday life to discover what resonates and what might be conditioned behavior.
15:38: Looking beyond Human Design type into deeper patterns
Profiles, push-pull dynamics, and the way conditioning shows up in behavior and language. This is described as a deeper level of untangling the stories that keep people stuck.
20:15: Signposts that show when you're off course
The conversation explores how discomfort, resistance, and recurring friction can signal misalignment. These signs can reveal whether a person is moving the wrong way, using the wrong approach, or seeking too much external validation.
21:24: Reading alignment and out-of-alignment cues
A framework for identifying how different qualities feel when they are in or out of alignment. The point is to notice whether the experience feels expansive or restrictive, and to use that as guidance.
25:19: Coming home to yourself
The final reflection encouraging listeners to stop twisting themselves into someone else's formula and instead build a life and business that honor who they really are.

Podcast: The Art of Feminine Business with Julie Foucht at https://juliefoucht.com/podcast/
From the time we learn to talk, we're often taught to quiet the whispers within and look outside ourselves for the answers.
But as women creating business through the Divine Feminine, our inner knowing is part of the magic. It guides us through uncertainty, helps us recognize what is truly aligned, and brings us back to the deeper wisdom of who we are and what we're here to create.
That is exactly what today's guest brings to this conversation. Teresa Wornstaff is an intuitive channel, transformational guide, author, healer, soul contract analyst, global summit creator, and former corporate leader devoted to normalizing spirituality and awakening conscious evolution. Blending decades of intuitive mastery with more than 30 years of leadership experience, Teresa helps others reconnect with their own wisdom, claim their sovereignty, and create lives led by clarity, purpose, and soul.
Episode Highlights
07:19 - Clearing karma, learning lessons, and growing through hard things
Teresa explains how growing up with intuitive sensitivity led her to "close things down" in order to fit in, while still becoming highly aware of people, energy, and systems around her.
09:31 - Intuition as the inward expansion of the senses
Teresa defines intuition as the expansion of the physical senses inward, not just a gut feeling, and says it helps us perceive vibration, safety, and alignment more clearly.
12:02 - Quieting the mind and trusting the heart
The mind analyzes what it knows, while the heart knows the truth and can access what the mind cannot.
18:58 - Curiosity as the antidote to judgment
Julie and Teresa discuss how 2020 felt like a "great cracking open" for leaders, witches, and magic women who are being called to build new paths without a map.
20:03 - Do what you love and let the money follow
Teresa connects intuition and business by saying financial success comes from doing what you love, trusting divine support, and letting money flow toward aligned work.
22:44 - Taking action from trust instead of desperation
Julie and Teresa discuss the practical and energetic side of monetization, while trusting that source provides, and course-corrects.

This is the final episode in our special Goddess series exploring the many faces of the Divine She, and we are ending with Kali, one of the fiercest expressions of the Divine Feminine.
I'll admit, Kali intimidated me at first. She is wild. Powerful. Unapologetic. She carries a sword, wears a necklace of severed heads, and doesn't exactly fit our picture of the soft, gentle feminine.
But the deeper Kathleen Joan and I went into her story, the more I fell in love with her.
Because Kali's destruction is not destruction for the sake of destruction. There is fierce love underneath it. She cuts away what has become false, limiting, or complete. She reminds us that sometimes the Divine Feminine whispers, and sometimes She needs to roar.
My co-host for this series is Kathleen Joan, a priestess of Brigid devoted to the resurrection of the Divine Feminine in today's world, especially for women with Christian ancestry.
Kathleen spent more than 15 years in ministry and holds a dual Master's degree in theology and ministry. Today, she brings that deep understanding of the Christian tradition into her work helping women reclaim the wild, sacred Feminine through Goddess teachings, channeling, energy healing, circles, and retreats.
In this conversation, we explore Kali as both destroyer and Mother, and what she can teach us about releasing what has run its course, reclaiming our wildness, and making space for what wants to emerge next.
Episode Highlights
00:27 — Meeting Kali, the Fierce Divine Mother
Kali is an active and powerful goddess within the Hindu tradition. Unlike hidden or forgotten feminine figures, she is seen as wild, visible, fierce, and fully present.
02:25 — Kali as Destroyer of Illusions
Kali's destruction is reframed as an act of love. She removes the illusions, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve us so we can grow into a deeper awareness of who we truly are.
05:46 — Deconstruction Instead of Destruction
Kali is not simply tearing everything down. She takes systems and structures apart so the useful pieces can be rebuilt in ways that better serve humanity, including in personal life, business, relationships, and society.
07:44 — Reclaiming Feminine Wildness
Kali's dark, untamed energy invites women to reconnect with their wildness. Her presence challenges the expectation that women must always be polite, controlled, agreeable, or easy for others to accept.
09:19 — Transforming the Inner Demons
The demons in Kali's story represent patterns such as competition, envy, jealousy, and other forces that can multiply when left unexamined. Rather than suppressing these emotions, Kali teaches us to move through them and transform their energy into our next level of service.
11:43 — Breaking the Pattern of Disconnection
Women are often taught to disconnect from themselves, one another, and the divine in order to remain accepted within patriarchal communities. Kali offers protection and solidarity while inviting women to show up as their full, powerful selves.
15:12 — Letting Kali Lead Through Change
Sometimes major life changes are not carefully planned but arrive as a powerful breakdown or calling. Kali can reveal what needs to be released, helping us move through uncertainty and rebuild with greater truth and alignment.
18:04 — Anger, Protection, and Fierce Compassion
Kali makes space for anger, rage, boundaries, and protective action, especially in response to cruelty and injustice. Her fierce compassion is not about softening everything; it is about confronting harm, protecting what is vulnerable, and refusing to shrink.

In this episode, Kathleen Joan and I explore Sophia, the Divine Feminine embodiment of wisdom.
Sophia is not simply knowledge. She is the deep knowing that helps us remember who we are, what we are called to do, and how we are meant to move through the world. Together, we explore Sophia as the wisdom that lives within the body, heart, mind, and soul. She invites us to become quiet enough to hear what is already there, curious enough to notice what keeps appearing, and brave enough to speak the truth we know.
Sophia reminds us that wisdom is not something we have to earn. It is something we remember.
Episode Highlights
00:27 — Introducing Sophia, the Wisdom Goddess
Sophia is the divine feminine presence who helps women reclaim sacred knowing and find the courage to speak their truth. Her presence invites a deeper exploration of wisdom beyond traditional religious structures.
02:51 — Experiencing Sophia as an Inner Presence
Sophia is the energy that lives within the body rather than feeling external. This inner connection reveals wisdom as something embodied, intuitive, and already present.
04:49 — Sophia's Hidden Place in the Bible
Sophia appears in biblical books such as Proverbs and Wisdom, although many people from Christian backgrounds were never taught about her. Her presence offers an opportunity to reclaim the feminine voice within religious tradition.
06:13 — Sophia as the Creative Wisdom of the Divine
Sophia is the creative agency through which the divine shapes and orders the cosmos. She represents the wisdom that lives within creation and connects all beings to the sacred.
07:12 — The Qualities of Divine Wisdom
Wisdom is described as intelligent, holy, clear, loving, powerful, peaceful, and all-seeing. Sophia is both a reflection of divine light and an active presence moving through the world.
08:48 — The Divine Spark Within Everyone
A myth about Sophia breaking into millions of pieces highlights the idea that every person carries a part of the divine within. Wisdom is not something that must be earned; it is something that can be remembered and reconnected with.
12:26 — Sophia's Message About Listening
Sophia calls people to become quiet enough to hear the wisdom constantly speaking through the world, nature, the body, and the cosmos. She encourages a return to justice, care, right relationship, and a deeper sense of connection.
19:36 — Returning to Inner Wisdom
Sophia teaches that humanity does not need to become something entirely different; it needs to remember what it already is. By reconnecting with the inner divine presence, people can recover their clarity, purpose, compassion, and inner guidance.

In this episode of our Goddess series, Kathleen Joan and I explore Mary Magdalene, the woman behind the stories, her place in early Christianity, and why her presence still matters so deeply today.
Mary Magdalene was a real woman who walked the earth. She was a devoted follower and the wife of Jesus, a spiritual leader in her own right, and a powerful presence in the resurrection story. And yet, over the centuries, her role was diminished, rewritten, and in many ways pushed to the edges.
So Kathleen and I ask a different question.
What happens when we bring Mary Magdalene back into the center of the story?
We explore the woman she was, the wisdom she carried, and how she has become such a powerful expression of the Divine Feminine for women who are hungry for a deeper, fuller understanding of the sacred.
Like Mary Magdalene, the Feminine has been erased, softened, and minimized in so many of our sacred stories.
But she was never truly gone. This conversation is an invitation to remember her, reclaim what was pushed aside, and make room again for the sacred Feminine wisdom that has been there all along.
Episode Highlights
00:00 — Introducing Mary Magdalene Knowing Mary Magdalene from three perspectives: the stories told about her, the historical person who lived, and the spiritual presence many people continue to connect with today.
02:27 — The Apostle to the Apostles Mary Magdalene is consistently named as the first witness to Jesus' resurrection. Her role as the person who carried that news forward gives her a foundational place in the Christian story.
06:28 — How Official Religious Narratives Were Shaped The episode examines how religious authorities established official teachings centuries after Jesus' death. Many writings associated with Mary and other women were excluded, hidden, destroyed, or lost, leaving gaps in the historical record.
08:39 — The First Message of Resurrection The central Christian message of life continuing after death was first brought to the community by Mary Magdalene. Her testimony was initially dismissed, revealing how women's spiritual authority was questioned even when they carried the core message of the faith.
11:48 — Why Her Teachings Were Threatening The idea that Jesus would teach a woman profound spiritual truths challenged emerging patriarchal leadership structures. Mary's experience was questioned because it did not fit the belief that divine knowledge should be controlled by male authorities.
12:43 — Connecting with the Divine Through the Heart Mary's message emphasizes that people can access the divine through their own hearts. Spiritual connection does not necessarily require an external institution to define or authorize the experience.
18:01 — Reclaiming the Feminine Story Mary's message focuses on correcting the narrative around her and restoring the feminine presence in sacred traditions.
20:23 — Seeing the Feminine in the Divine The divine is described as far more expansive than a solely male figure.
23:19 — Passion as Spiritual Power Passion, devotion, and deep feeling are described as spiritual powers that connect people with their loved ones, their souls, and the divine.
24:23 — The Divine Power of Devotion Love is framed as a force that lives within the body, heart, and whole human experience. Devotion can help keep wisdom and connection alive even through loss and separation.

In this episode, my co-host, Kathleen Joan, and I enter the story of Persephone, Goddess of descent, transformation, and return.
Most of us know the old story. Persephone is taken into the Underworld, Demeter grieves, the earth stops growing, and eventually Persephone returns. But what if there is another way to understand her story?
What if Persephone chose the descent?
What if she knew there was something waiting for her in the darkness that she could never discover by staying safely in the world she already knew?
That changes everything. Persephone's story becomes one of choice, sovereignty, transformation, and the wisdom we gather when life takes us into the depths. She reminds us that there are seasons when we are growing and blooming, and seasons when we are being called inward.
Kathleen and I talk about what Persephone's journey can teach us about our own experiences of grief, loss, healing, change, and those times when life simply isn't what we expected it to be.
My co-host for this special Goddess series is Kathleen Joan, a priestess of Brigid devoted to the resurrection of the Divine Feminine in today's world, especially for women with Christian ancestry.
Kathleen spent more than 15 years in ministry and holds a dual Master's degree in theology and ministry. Today she brings that deep understanding of the Christian tradition into her work helping women reclaim the wild, sacred Feminine through Goddess teachings, channeling, energy healing, circles, and retreats.
Tune in and meet Persephone in a new way.
Episode Highlights
01:47 — The Traditional Story of Persephone
The familiar version of Persephone's myth centers on her being kidnapped and taken into the underworld, spending part of each year there. The changing seasons are connected to Demeter's (her mother) grief when Persephone is gone and her joy when Persephone returns.
03:09 — Why Descent Is Not Failure
Periods of darkness are often treated as problems that need to be quickly fixed or overcome. Persephone offers another perspective: descent can be a necessary part of discovering who we are becoming.
05:33 — A Lifelong Connection with Persephone
Persephone is presented as a powerful spiritual presence connected with personal awakening and transformation. Her energy represents the process of entering difficult experiences and discovering deeper purpose within them.
06:31 — Choosing the Underworld
Rather than seeing Persephone as a passive victim, this interpretation presents her as someone who ultimately chooses her path. Her descent leads her to discover her purpose as queen of the underworld and guide for lost souls.
08:27 — Balancing Work, Rest, and Joy
Persephone's story highlights the importance of rest, play, pleasure, and replenishment alongside meaningful work and service.
10:08 — Reframing Victimhood as Choice
You may not be able to choose what happens to you, but you can choose how you respond.

How to distinguish a meaningful spiritual descent from being stuck in a harmful situation.
17:18 — Do Not Set Up House in Grief
Grief deserves to be felt, but it does not have to become a permanent identity. Allowing pain to move through the body and heart creates space for healing, insight, and eventual return.
18:26 — Allowing Others to Care for You
Descent does not have to be faced alone. Difficult seasons can deepen connection when people allow trusted friends, loved ones, and community to offer support and care.

There are some Goddesses who whisper.
Brigid arrives with fire.
In this second episode of our six-part Goddess: Expressions of the Divine She series, Kathleen and I step into the flame of Brigid, Goddess and Saint of fire, creativity, healing, spring, and sacred devotion. We explore who Brigid is, the ancient stories that surround her, and what happens when we begin to experience the Divine Feminine as something alive and present in our own lives.
How does She speak to us? How do we recognize Her guidance through our bodies, our joy, our desires, and those quiet inner nudges that keep asking us to pay attention? And what might Brigid be ready to ignite in you?
My co-host for this series is Kathleen Joan, a priestess of Brigid devoted to the resurrection of the Divine Feminine in today's world, especially for women with Christian ancestry.
Kathleen spent more than 15 years in ministry and holds a dual Master's degree in theology and ministry. Today, she brings that deep understanding of the Christian tradition into her work helping women reclaim the wild, sacred Feminine through Goddess teachings, channeling, energy healing, circles, and retreats.
This conversation is an invitation to come closer to the fire… To listen… To notice what lights you up…
And perhaps to discover that Brigid has been speaking to you all along.

05:20: Releasing what no longer serves
The idea of sacred fire as a place where old vows, armor, and emotional weight can be remade. What once felt heavy or oppressive can be transformed into something powerful and symbolic.

The story of Brigid becoming Saint Brigid through the lens of religious continuity and cultural survival.

09:46: Brigid's relevance in chaotic times
Connecting Brigid's wisdom to a time of global instability and breakdown.
14:25: Hope through seasonal cycles
The message returns to the rhythm of winter, melting, spring, and rebirth. Even when the in-between phase feels messy or uncomfortable, there is reassurance that renewal is already on the way.
17:37: Devotion through joy
Brigid describes devotion not only as ritual, but as choosing joy in everyday life.
20:27: Balancing darkness and light
Acknowledging that this is a time when heavier spiritual energies are active. Brigid's message holds both the reality of descent and the need to remember joy, hope, and forward movement.
23:32: Joy as a tipping point
Remember that even a small increase in joy can have a ripple effect. Let's invite Brigid to remain part of the inner council as an ongoing source of flame and encouragement.
