  • Season 4 Unveils 25 Essential Tools for Healing After Narcissistic Relationships

    Send us a text

What happens when forgiveness becomes the most radical act of self-healing? Angela Meyer returns with Season 4 of The Undetected Narcissist podcast, offering a revolutionary approach to recovering from narcissistic abuse through compassion rather than continued anger.

After nearly concluding the series, Angela was profoundly moved by listeners who found her unique perspective transformative when other resources kept them trapped in resentment. One gentleman's story particularly resonated—after following another narcissism expert for years, he was disturbed when they rejected the concept of "forgiving the unforgivable." Through prayer, he discovered Angela's work, calling it "the answer to my prayers." This validation confirmed the critical need for her compassion-focused approach to continue.

This season delivers 25 comprehensive topics designed to support your healing journey, including exploring codependency, breaking trauma bonds, developing sovereign boundaries, healing from generational trauma, and finding forgiveness for the unforgivable. Each episode integrates practical tools: metaphor stories that clarify complex concepts, journaling prompts for self-discovery, quick meditations, grounding techniques for anxiety, affirmations to rebuild self-compassion, and strategies to reclaim your personal power.

As a mental health professional, trauma-informed human consciousness guide, and empowerment strategist who has personally walked this healing path, Angela speaks from authentic experience when she says true recovery cannot happen while remaining stuck in hatred and fear. Whether you're just beginning to recognize narcissistic patterns or working to rebuild after a toxic relationship, her guidance offers a path toward genuine peace rather than perpetual victimhood.

Subscribe now to embark on this transformative journey toward self-empowerment, self-realization, and becoming whole again. Have specific topics you'd like addressed? Email Angela directly—your feedback will help shape future episodes while potentially helping others facing similar struggles.

  • The Upper Rooms Method transforms your mindset from fear to love in just 20 minutes

    Send us a text

Ever feel stuck in survival mode, trying to manifest positive change but hitting the same walls? The answer might be simpler than you think: your vibrational frequency.

What if you could shift your consciousness from fear-based 3D thinking to expansive 5D awareness in just 20 minutes? This episode reveals a profound yet practical technique that's been transforming lives for over a decade. Unlike many spiritual teachings that offer vague concepts without application, this method provides a clear, step-by-step pathway anyone can follow.

We explore the consciousness scale, where everything below 200 keeps us trapped in separation, survival, and limitation. As we climb from fear (100) through desire, anger, pride, and courage, we reach the pivotal point of neutrality (250). From there, we ascend through optimism, acceptance, and reasoning until we reach the transformative states of love (500) and joy (540).

Through a compelling case study of a man struggling with relationships, you'll witness how shifting perspective from conditional to unconditional love creates immediate results. You'll understand why trying to find love while operating from fear never works, and how friendship must precede romance for authentic connection.

This isn't just theory—it's a practical framework for daily liberation. Whether you're struggling with relationships, finances, career decisions, or spiritual growth, this vibrational ladder offers a way to consciously choose higher perspectives and manifestation power.

Ready to stop existing and start truly living? This episode provides the roadmap to shift your reality by changing your vibration. Sign up for the newsletter to receive the free Master the Upper Rooms chart and begin your journey from 3D limitation to 5D creation.

    Send us a text

After watching the Fair Play movie, written and directed by Chloe Domont, I realized that millions of people, including Chloe are in the dark about, "reactive abuse". Over a dozen popular magazines, news channels, movie reviews, and film festivals were all brilliantly gaslighted or plan not educated about mental health. For example, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Entertainment Weekly, Today, Netflix, New York Times, Sundance Film Festival, and ABC News. Therefore, I want to teach you to see and hear what I took away from watching this movie, Fair Play, from a mental health professional. LOL...This is episode 69. Fitting for the content within this podcast episode. Thank you and happy holidays to you.

  • Breaking the Silence: Family Secrets and Shame

    Send us a text

What happens when we shine light on the darkest corners of our family histories? The shame that once felt suffocating often dissolves, replaced by unexpected healing and connection.

In this deeply personal episode, I take you on a journey through the family secrets that shaped my life and the liberation that came from bringing them into the light. From hiding my mental health work from my younger brother (only to discover he needed it most), to confronting those who abused me, to the shocking discovery of my late brother's psychiatric records that revealed a genetic link to my son's conditions—each revelation brought both pain and profound freedom.

The yellow container I almost threw away in my brother's apartment held the key to understanding generations of undiagnosed neurodivergence in my family. His diagnosis from the 1980s, hidden by my father out of shame, described symptoms consistent with autism and ADHD—the very conditions my son would later struggle with. Had I known this family secret earlier, it might have changed my son's treatment journey entirely.

Family secrets exist on a spectrum—from the truly devastating to the unexpectedly empowering. My grandmother's "scandalous" portrait from 1949, which embarrassed her children, now hangs proudly in my home as evidence of her strength and strategy in addressing my grandfather's wandering eye. What one generation viewed with shame, another recognizes as courage.

This episode offers more than stories—it provides a framework for examining your own family secrets with compassion and wisdom. Are you ready to grab your flashlight and open those dusty closet doors? The truth waiting inside might be exactly what you need to move forward in wholeness and authenticity.

  • The Four Keys to Mastering Your Stress Response

    Send us a text

Your emotional bandwidth has a name – it's called your "window of tolerance." When this window shrinks due to trauma or chronic stress, even small challenges can send you spiraling into either explosive reactions or complete shutdown. This groundbreaking episode unpacks the science behind these opposing stress responses and offers practical tools to expand your emotional resilience.

We explore the fascinating interplay between hyperarousal (fight/flight) and hypoarousal (freeze/flop) – two protective mechanisms that evolved to keep us safe but often misfire in our modern world. The sympathetic nervous system's hyperarousal is like a volcano, building pressure until it erupts with anger, anxiety, and impulsivity. Meanwhile, parasympathetic hypoarousal is like ice, freezing us in place with brain fog, numbness, and fatigue. Both states trap energy in the body when we can't complete the natural stress cycle.

Through compelling real-life examples, I illustrate how these responses manifest – from the person who sits beside their plants for 30 minutes knowing they need watering but physically unable to move, to the child who shuts down completely when asked to complete routine tasks. These aren't character flaws or laziness but neurobiological responses to overwhelm.

The transformative power lies in regular nervous system check-ins and targeted regulation techniques. Learn specific strategies for releasing trapped energy during hyperarousal and stimulating your system during hypoarousal. With consistent practice over 30 days, you can significantly widen your window of tolerance, becoming more resilient to life's challenges while maintaining your connection, curiosity, and sense of safety in the world.
