If you truly study the scriptures you will inevitably come to texts that force you to ask tough questions, and those questions often have tough answers. Many are content to remain blissfully unaware of the magnitude of God's holiness and the terror of his wrath. But if we ignore or avoid these fundamental truths of His glorious nature, how can we ever understand the depth of His love and mercy?

Why do so many modern worship songs focus so much on "us" and so little on God? Has our worship become centered around our desires and our circumstances instead of God's glory and Holiness? This week we take a look at the Lord's prayer, and discuss how it lays a foundation and guide for how to approach God, and how that must affect our worship.

The Bible. God's word. We can say we believe it. We can say we trust it. We can say it's infallible. But what if we don't really know how to read it correctly? Is there a wrong way? Uhhh... yeah. There is. On this episode, we'll talk about hermeneutics, exegesis, and other long words that ultimately aim the believer in the direction of truly understanding the bible.

Can't NOBODY tell me NOTHIN'! These have become sensitive topics to tackle in our culture. For some good reasons, but mostly bad ones.
