Undrafted Rookie

Is the NFC South the worst division in the NFL? Spoiler-alert: yes it is.

That's right, this week is all about everyone's least favourite division, the NFC South.

We'll be asking the questions on everyone's lips: Is there any hope for Bryce Young? Is there any hope for the Atlanta defense? Is there any hope for Dennis Allen? It is the season of hope after all...

What's going to be the most exciting division in the NFL in 2024? Is it going to be the NFC North? Could well be.

How will Justin Jefferson fare with JJ McCarthy (or Sam Darnold)? Is the cornerback room in Detroit fixed just like that? Will number one overall pick Caleb Williams thrive in a Chicago Bears team that looks increasingly ready to win? No idea mate, good questions though.

Will it be the NFC Least or NFC Beast in 2024? Neither, it's the NFC East, as always.

How will the Philadelphia Eagles cope with the loss of Jason Kelce? Can Ceedee Lamb and Dak Prescott finally carry the Dallas Cowboys to the NFC championship? Is there any hope for Daniel Jones and the New York Giants? We'll find out in due course, but for now it's time to speculate.

This week attention turns to the AFC West (and the back-to-back Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs)

We'll talk about Jim Harbaugh in Los Angeles, Aidan O'Connell or Gardner Minshew in Las Vegas, and Taylor's boyfriend in Kansas City.

The AFC South comes under our microscope this week.

We're looking ahead to the 2024 NFL season and asking who will win the AFC South? Can Trevor Lawrence finally take that extra step? Can the Houston Texans reproduce the magic of 2022? Will Will Levis stop putting mayonnaise in his coffee? (Please stop Will.)

Our big bad (emphasis on bad) AFC North preview for 2024 is here.

We're talking quarterback decisions for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Patrick Queen leaving Baltimore for their arch-rivals, and why the Cleveland Browns moved on from thier star QB - Joe Flacco.

Also Paul tells us all about some game he's playing on his phone.

Apologies, but the audio isn't great on this one - it sounds a little bit like John was recording from a large, empty cave (which he wasn't).

We have a look at the AFC East this week and make predictions for the 2024 NFL season. Can Josh Allen keep winning without any wide receivers? How long can Aaron Rodgers stay healthy? Can the patriots be at least okay? We know the answers to none of these questions.

We've all had enough fun with the quarterbacks and receivers, now it's the turn of the defense/defence!

Paul ranks his predicted top and bottom five defensive units for the upcoming 2024 NFL season. John is also there.

There's chat about: Can the Jets offense help out their already impressive defense? How will the Kansas City Chiefs fare without star defensive back L'jarius Sneed? and how can you replace Aaron Donald? (spoiler alert: you can't).

As the long NFL off-season continues, we scrape the barrel of podcast features and come up with some "Would you rather?"-type questions for each other.

In a move that will prove unsurprisingly to regular listeners, it all gets a bit silly. But hey, who cares? Not me that's for sure.

Following up from last week's discussion of running backs and quarterbacks, we've now turned to the pass-catchers: wide receivers and tight ends!

Find out who we rate most highly, will it be Kelce or LaPorta? CeeDee Lamb or Tyreek HIll? Although, to be honest in turns out that we've mainly ranked them based on vibes so perhaps not all that useful.
