Will Silver is the founder of Top of the Food Chain which is a fitness brand that promotes a growth mindset in life. Nina Kucheran is a Sudbury, Ontario native who started swimming when she was 5 years old. From the Youth Olympic Games in Panama, to the International University Sports Games (FISU) in Italy, Nina now competes for Florida State University in the NCAA.   From the day in the life as a Division 1 athlete, to some of her biggest influences and obstacles, it was a pleasure to chat with Nina about her journey through swimming.

We caught up with Professional Canadian Basketball Player Kaza Kajami-Keane. Kaza most recently played for MBC in Germany, one of Europe's top professional leagues. Kaza is also a member of the Canadian Senior Men's National team, a 2x National champion of the Carleton University Ravens,  played NCAA Division 1 for Illinois State and Cleveland State University, and spent a year in the NBA G League playing for the Raptors 905.   

Some of his accomplishments include:  2x National Champion 2x All Canadian 2x First Team OUA World Cup Participant 2019 Dutch Basketball League  1st Team All Star All Defensive Team 2019 Dutch League Champion Finals MVP of The Dutch League
