  • 15. Choosing to trust in the unknown

I speak to you in this episode, from the same place I am referring to. A deeper place, that holds a deeper wisdom. Where labels, meanings, and pre-frame ideas do not exist (hence why there is no pre-intro recording anymore). I speak to you from a place, where we only require a trust and intention to surrender to what wants to unfold. This feels the correct way for each future episode to unfold. To show that when we put our trust in the unknown, the path unfolds in ways we could have never planned.

  • 14. Identifying our own blocks and bringing honesty

Here I begin to teach you how you can Self-coach yourself. As a coach, one of my responsibilities to listen for what is really being said and identifying where there is a mismatch in what a person says they want, and what is actually happening. This works well, because as the coach, I am not under the influence of the persons thoughts and feelings, therefore making it easier to remain impartial during the process.  Like anything, when we have enough practice at something, we develop our muscle and skill. What I am doing here, is teaching you can develop the muscle to observe your choices and behaviors impartially, by Bringing Honesty. I trust you learn something that you can start using in your life.

  • 13. Why I work with Women

When a women is connected deep into the wisdom and guidance that her body provides passage to, she stands in her sovereignty in her life, this is how I foresee the future of the deep, dark, connected, powerful, feminine to be. While there is no judgement on this flavour of the feminine, I want to frame out and you will sense that I am not referring to the light, happy go lucky, flowers and chasing butterflies flavor of the feminine, I am speaking to the deeper, darker, potent, raw, repellent of shadowy behavior, connected, all creative dark feminine energy, and it has become part of my journey in life, to help more women step into her own 'dark feminine' because it is this energy that inspires the 'dark king' within us, and also within others, to show up and work, move, make happen, all that she desires, and with devotion not obligation. Now I admit, that is some heavy usage of the word 'dark' lol but I couldn't explain that any other way and words will never quite do her justice. Tune on in!

  • 9. New name, yes, Mana of One // What is Mana?

New name, yes, 'Mana of One' It is hard to capture the essence of what the word Mana means, however it can be translated into English as Power, Lifeforce or Energy. Mana carries different depths, depending of the people who speak of it. Other cultures refer to Mana as Prana, Source, Chi, Qi and many more. It is the life force at the core of each of us that is eternal, the same life force that created this very world. Those who operate connected to this life force energy in all that they do in the physical plane, stand out energetically to others, because their energy and their being speaks a deeper language, that has the ability to inspire others without them necessarily knowing why. Each and every one of us, have this connection available.  So that you may experience the connection to your own Mana, your eternal life force, I am going to share the Story of Creation, as told in my culture, and my desire is that you feel it. The unfolding of the great mystery is told in many different ways in many different indigenous cultures, the words are not as important as the feelings you remember as you here this story. Maybe you hear your own elders telling you the stories that they were told, and maybe there are different words, remember don't fixate on the words, surrender to the feeling, to the knowing, and awaken the gifts that these stories were intended to activate. In order to know where we are going, it is good to know where we have come from.  Enjoy this campfire story, and allow yourself to go where the essence takes you. Also if you haven't already, come and say hello over to me on instagram https://www.instagram.com/jadebenioni/ otherwise, see you on the next episode. • 8. Marcus Macadi // Having your own damn back

Marcus Macadi is a conscious musician/artist from Melbourne, a tech lover and genius and a friend. I say friend, because he shares how making friends, and getting along with peers in school was somewhat of a hardship and heartache, therefore he really honors his friendships and connections that he has today, I am grateful to be one of those connections. To him Change has been the most important element of his growth, and in this episode he shares his approach to change, which include honesty and music.

We also discuss his choice to seek new relating options and his journey with being in poly amorous relationships, I loved hearing about the level of self responsibility and emotional ownership, and most of all I loved that Marcus was able to share his experience and create awareness and alternative options to how we can relate.

If you would like to reach out to Marcus you can find him on instagram here https://www.instagram.com/marcusmacadi/ he welcomes anyone who may have questions about anything we have discussed here on this episode.

  • 7. Kylie Broadfoot // Feeling free without feeling guilty

In this episode I am joined by Kylie Broadfoot from Kylie Broadfoot - KMB Coaching who is a mindset coach, mentor and facilitator doing some epic work with Mums in Business to let go of people pleasing, which comes from trying to take care of everyone and subsequently putting their own needs last. Kylie's work is to help Mum's in Buisness own their rights to taking care of themselves, without feeling guilty. We get to hear about Kylie's own personal journey with avoiding conflict, shifting and changing herself to cater to others and working through the less pretty parts of her that had been trailing along in the shadows. Kylie and I also shared the details of a very difficult discussion we had with each other, and the growth that came as a result. If you have any questions for Kylie, or would like to connect with her and follow her work, you can find her here on instagram https://www.instagram.com/kmbcoaching/
