What it means to trade a lack mentality for that of true abundance that actually serves you. When you align with the frequency of abundance, you call that shit in. Abundance is endlessly expansive, there’s enough to go around for us all without the need of obsessively hoarding for fear of losing what you’re gripping so tightly to. Abundance is your birth right babe. Create space in your life make yourself a priority. Self love practices help us to cultivate the feelings attached to having all the external things you crave within first, so that you can feel worthy of all the things you deeply desire, which assists in aligning with this sacred shift. This episode was recorded in Orlando, Florida with my closest chosen sister who has been in my life for the past 14 years! We dive into our differences and how we’ve progressed as individuals with the non-competitive sisterhood we have cultivated. When I say she keeps me safe and I keep her wild, I mean it to its’ highest potency. She has been my refuge for so many years and has selflessly extended love to me in the darkest of my days. We don’t often give ourselves the love we wish to receive from others. There are shadows within that we push aside and repress because we have grown to hate those facets of ourselves. But what if we began to love those parts of ourselves? Love is an action after all right? What if instead of looking at those shadows that we all hold within us and disassociate with them, we begin the process of transmutation as well as integration?
