Cy: Mae'r haul yn codi dros y Mynyddoedd y Bannau Brycheiniog, llenwi'r awyr â lliw golau melyn braf.
En: The sun rises over the Mynyddoedd y Bannau Brycheiniog, filling the sky with a warm yellow light.

Cy: Gwyrdd gwych y bryniau, a rhed yr afon fel rhuban o arian pell.
En: The hills are a brilliant green, and the river runs like a distant silver ribbon.

Cy: Ar y llwybrau serth, mae Gareth, Carys, a Owain yn dechrau eu taith.
En: On the steep paths, Gareth, Carys, and Owain begin their journey.
