When someone disappears without a trace, it must be one of the most torturous things to happen to the family and friends they live behind. And as the days and weeks turn into months and years, the hopes of a happy ending get slimmer and slimmer, often ending up with a body being found which at very least offers some closure. However, sometimes there is no end and no closure. Either because the person doesn't want to be found, or because the person responsible for the disappearance has expertly hidden their tracks.
