When you start your awakening process you most likely will come across doubt. One of the foundations in doubt is the awareness of The Emotional Indicators of fear, anger, guilt and shame. You listen to the words you are saying and thinking and catch yourself when you are identifying with either one of them. Bring awareness to your experience and dissolve them.

This episode is a heavy one since we look into all the early trauma that has created a toxic starting point that becomes very apparent in all our interactions. The lessons about the toxic starting point are not meant for you to create a new belief or concept but more for you to recognise what beliefs you are viewing every single interaction with.

We all view the world from our own little bubble. Everything you (think) you hear and you (think) you see is not really what you hear or what you see. It can't be! In this episode we open the lid to the absolute delusion all interaction actually is. This is part 1. Part 2 will be available in Season 5 when you are ready to dive deeper.

Are you aware of when you are selfing? We tend to think it is only when we are believing in a negative thought, but is it? Can selfing also be positive for our environment but detrimental to us? In this episode we dig deeper into doubt and how doubt keeps us locked into an underlying belief.

Working with the 2nd fetter of doubt we come in contact with a lot of old underlying beliefs. That always come with a boatload of trauma and unresolved issues. Everything needs to be felt! Taken from the mind and the story telling into the body. In this episode we talk about how you do that.
