We try to define the meaning based on our own interpretations of fulfillment and allow ourselves to get familiarized with the feeling and the expanded versions of self we feel when we are experiencing fulfillment.

We then go on discussing how the feeling of everything lesser vibrates or feels different in our body and how we can go about identifying the innate feelings and scenarios in self that keeps us away from the fulfillment of our soul.

In this episode we continue our topic of Self Awareness, Wisdom, Consciousness, and Awakening, and bring in the idea of feeling comfortable in the space of discovery.

We introduce the episode with our recent dive into Daniel Schmachtenberger's thesis of research and how it ties into our process of discovery, awareness and healing.

We discuss the larger concepts of interpretation, how our process of unsafety and inability to face the unknown keeps us behaving and acting against the greater good of wholeness, oneness, and overall humanity. And, ultimately, how our determination or trajectory of self into commitment to knowing allows us to rewrite our trajectory and ultimately change the course of not only our own wellbeing but the wellbeing of all humanity.

We discuss the current view of consciousness, the approaches the scientific world could be or is taking to define it, narrow it, and apply it, and the limiting notions of the concepts.

We then move into the discussion of our interpretation of consciousness, the intuitive examples and knowing that drives our notions of understanding and how the expanded view of the world/our conscious view of self changes the reality we function in.

We bring in many scientific examples and implementations of a wider breath of consciousness into this world and discuss how these events and occurrences happen from the standpoint of greater consciousnesses.

We highlight the general direction and propagation of humanity and the human level of awareness with this expansion and discuss the potentiality of our amazing beings outside the closed confines of self.

In this episode we continue our previous topic of positive psychosis and look deeper into the self-discovery process of discussing how these preset patterns of protection propagate and make themselves known in our adult years.

We briefly touch on the process that causes us to set these patterns in the first place and then discuss how these blind patterns cause a disservice to our being in later years.

We discuss various approaches and ways one can unravel these presets, how they present themselves with various examples in our lives, and how we can start to look at these presets through the lens of spiritual awakening.

We dive further into the unique and magical setup of our subconscious mind and how we trick ourselves in believing that our preset patterns of operation keep us safe and what it would take to start seeing, undoing, and becoming aware of these patterns forward.

In this insightful episode, we discuss the next progression in our self-development with a deeper understanding of the self-protection mechanisms we design to allow our nervous system to calm itself at the time of distress or confusion.

We go back into our childhood examples and draw awareness from life scenarios that would cause us to develop and set in certain patterns and beliefs all based on a limited scope of our knowledge and then propagate themselves as blind behaviors of unawareness into adulthood.

We discuss how these preset systems present themselves in the here and now and how through identification or understanding of their existence we can start to unravel, see through, and calm our system in a natural way.

We give examples and draw on past data to outline the very real and natural way all humans behave due to this process of unawareness and how through this knowledge we can start to look over and give ourselves space to open to larger portions of our truth, our innate knowing, and our more expansive, truthful version of self.

Welcome to episode 77 of the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening podcast on Spiritual Awakening, Self Discovery, and Healing!

In this episode we take our discussion on awakening further into opening our minds to larger concepts of reality outside of our limited belief structures.

We discuss how our reality is created through the process of definitions coming in as frequencies which then establish our beliefs and lock our reality in place within the limited construct of experience.

Once we can start to see the true nature of our experience, see the nature of the construct, and how our beliefs define and lock this world into place, we can open to a larger perspective of self, outside the limiting, narrow nature.

When we unlock the understanding and allow our mind/brain to believe in something greater, in this case greater being the wholeness of universal truth/abundance/our higher state of being, we can start to draw on the information and readjust our frequency into this potential.

We can start to see the beliefs coming into examinations as arcs of processing, de-densification, and actualization of us past the scope of our initial choice of reality.

As always, we draw personal and practical examples of these processes and how it might feel and look like to experience these larger “mind bending” structures of truth.

In this amazing discussion we take on the topic of unsafety, value, trauma processing, and how this process defines and builds our reality both for growth and evaluation of perception.

We bring in our personal experiences, the situations of self we have been analyzing within the last couple of weeks, and how the process of bringing awareness allow us to reform and thus change our normal life functionality through this awareness.

We discuss personal narratives we have subconsciously been living with and the ways these narratives drive our behaviors, both in the emotional and psychical worlds, and what it means to start building a better selection for self with gained awareness to these subconscious behaviors.

This beautiful grace of self offers us unexplained grace and guidance from the higher realms of self and directs self into healing.
