The Federal government has taken control  over the streets of Washington Dc  and crime has dramatically dropped  It recorded 75 violent crimes from August 12-26th a drop of 23% on the previous two weeks.Property crimes, such as burglary and vehicle theft, fell by about a quarter over the same period. Will this be sustainable and will Chicago and other  large cities be next?
