So many of us have the goal of losing weight, but along with that goal most of us don't do it for the right reasons.

Today's guest, Leslie Davis, is the author of the book "You Can't Eat Love."

Leslie is ALWAYS on a journey. Her motto is "why not?" She measures things she wants to do against the yardstick of "when I am 80 years old, I don't want to be sitting in my rocking chair on my front porch saying, 'I wish I would have'".

Like so many others (and maybe even you), Leslie came to a very low point where she looked at her life and did not like what she saw. She decided to make a choice. She chose to get healthy – mentally, emotionally, and physically.

When asked, she will tell you if she had known how hard the work would be, she might have made a different choice. But, knowing what she knows now, she is grateful she kept doing the hard work.

Her books and other writings come from the lessons and self-discovery on her journey to living her best life.

By doing the hard work of learning to love herself, discovering her very best friend in the whole wide world, her, and embracing and forgiving herself, Leslie lost almost 100lbs, kept it off and is living her best life!

The message of Gnosticism has been very convoluted throughout time. Many different belief systems have come from it, which is why it's so hard to define today.

In today's daily episode, we work to pull this all apart to understand the challenge behind defining Gnosticism.

H.P. Blavatsky along with Carl Jung each had major overtones of Gnostic teachings in their studies and writings. Blavatsky perhaps the more controversial of the two with her direct calling out of God within the Old Testament of the Bible.

In today's daily episode, we dive more into each of them and their impact on our more recent modern times.

Solve problems and create a life you love through harnessing the infinite power of your brain!

Today, I have special guest Liam Naden. Through research into the brain, neuroscience, psychology and human behaviour - as well as his own personal transformation - Liam Naden has uncovered how your brain is biologically designed to bring you a happy and fulfilling life. Problems and stress are optional!

Liam's own story is a rags to riches to rags to riches rollercoaster. After a successful life in business he became homeless and penniless before rebuilding his life in a much better - and happier - way.

This caused him to search for the real cause of success and failure in life - and he discovered through research and testing that it has to do with the mechanics of the brain.

In today's episode we get into the four parts of the brain and how through proper awareness and understanding you too can free yourself of any limiting aspects that appear to be holding you down in life.

Why was Mani and his followers so openly hated and persecuted? They saw themselves as Christian's and very much worked to elevate their consciousness away from the material world - this has something to do with their adversaries hating them. Perhaps they were seen as "too good?"

In today's daily episode, we begin to understand the separation of the light from the dark and how each of us through our own awakening can be a part of this process. These were the teachings and basic doctrine of Mani.
