Ungraduated Living

Many of the opposers of the Gnostic teachings like to throw hate at the early Gnostics for their lifestyles. They accused them of being sexual addicts that only cared for orgies and other "lower level pleasures."

Not unlike today however when the opposition wants to slander their opponents, many of the same tactics are employed.

Today, we dig in Carpocrates and his wife Alexandra - who they were, what they taught, and stood for in the Gnostic tradition.

We all know by now how fear can cripple us...

When it comes to life, we NEED to learn to declutter the messages of fear spread in front of us daily.

This is the message in today's episode with Tonia Cordi. Tonia started her career as a teacher and after 12 years decided that she wanted to follow her passion of helping people create spaces to match their ideal lives. She then started to apply her background in education, the arts, and psychology — along with trial and error — to create an integrated process for individuals to meet their goals and values.

Tonia is a lifelong learner and continues to study mental health, human behavior and well being. She integrates motivational interviewing, mindfulness, along with habit changing and teaching strategies when working with her clients.

The process of organizing your inner and outer world allows you to become more present, focused, connected and able to make decisions that match your true intentions and strengths, without the constant stress and fear from the outer world.

In today's daily episode we discuss the Gnostic point of view of sacraments, rituals, and "magic" that leads us to the "Freedom to Dance."

In Jesus's teachings, there is what is known as "The Hymn of Jesus." It goes something like this:

"Now answer to my dancing!

See thyself in Me who speak;

And seeing what I do,

Keep silence on My Mysteries.

Understand, by dancing, what I do...

he who danceth not, konweth not what cometh to pass!

The many views around Gnosticism can often times seem that they are allegorical, metaphorical, or psychological in meaning.

This is far from the case and where we will spend time in today's daily edition of Ungraduated Living.

Part of Gnosis, or Knowing, is to see all our old sacraments for what they are. We must keep and open mind or we will not be at our best to be able to piece together truths.

This is the focus of today's episode on the Gnostic Faith

When we begin to see evil for what it truly is, we can vibrate to higher frequencies to a point that evil can no longer affect us.

These teachings are how the Gnostics viewed evil, and in todays daily episode we dive deeper...

The Gnostic's view evil differently than how the modern Christian Bible tells of it.

In the modern bible, we get a depiction of "Satan" falling from heaven and thus starting "Evil" on our planet.

The Gnostics teach that evil already existed and is part of the creation of our universe.
