  • Episode 144: Wes Craven’s New Nightmare and Nightmare on Elm Street 2010

So here we are. We've reached the end of the Nightmare on Elm Street retrospective. And let's just say for this final part we actually hit of the highest points of the series and also one of the lowest. I'm not gonna spoil it, but you probably can figure it out.

    Beartooth - Bad Listener

Cher - If I Could Turn Back Time

Lacuna Coil - Losing My Religion

Now that we're done talking about Freddy, we'll turn the subject to Denzel Washington next time, with 2 Guns and American Gangster

  • Episode 143: The Dream Child and Freddy's Dead
Is Freddy dead for sure? I don't think so but his oneliners are getting out of control! Yup, Freddy's gone from the scariest monster in Hollywood to a Warner Bros cartoon when we talk Part 5 The Dream Child and Freddy's Dead. Let's just say not to expect long rundowns, but clips a plenty.
    Music:
Iggy Pop - Why Was I Born?
Romeo's Daughter - Heaven in the Backseat
We Came As Romans - Promise Me
We Came As Romans - Memories (RIP Kyle Pavone)

  • Tales From the Cryosphere: Spaceballs
I'd say it's time we go back and revisit a comedy classic, featuring greats like Mel Brooks, John Candy and Rick Moranis. That's right, we're revisiting Jake's favorite of all time, Spaceballs. And he will defend his love of the movie dammit! Sync up and enjoy!
    Music:
    The Spinners - Spaceballs
    Berlin - Heartstrings
    2 hr 2 min
  • Episode 142: Nightmare on Elm Street 3 and 4
Well, Skype is still giving us some issues but minor ones this time. I guess it's par for the course. Either way, after the usual BS its time for PRIMETIME, BITCHES! That's right, Freddy is starting to talk more so here come clips of his one liners, also Sean really hates the other two for reintroducing these childhood traumas into his life. Take a drink everytime he says so.
    Music:
    Tuesday Knight - Nightmare
    Dokken - Dream Warriors
Fat Boys - Are You Ready For Freddy?
Fit For a King - When Everything Means Nothing
Sinead O'Connor - I Want Your Hands On Me
Next time, Freddy's pretty much turning into a Warner Brothers cartoon, with the Dream Child and Freddy's Dead. But is he really?

  • Tales From the Cryosphere: Grave Encounters
Remember that commentary episode we did for Grave Encounters? Of course not, we don't blame you. So we right that wrong with this episode of Cryosphere, we at least have Sean to bring up some discussion points. But then suddenly Jake's audio goes out after his bathroom break and it's like he never came back and Sean and Scott are talking to dead air at some points. Could the ghosts of the asylum be messing with Jake's audio? Or does Skype just blow? Probably the latter. Either way, enjoy!
    Music:
    Aerosmith - Dream On
Aerosmith - Love In An Elevator
    1 hr 49 min
  • Tales From the Cryosphere: The Goonies
We now go back to the Goon Docks, to relive the magical journey from our childhoods. And of course Josh Brolin is in the movie, sooooo yeah expect a few more Thanos jokes.
    Music:
Cyndi Lauper - The Goonies R Good Enough
New Found Glory - The Goonies R Good Enough
Outtakes: a bunch of babble. Mostly football talk, because that's coming back soon!
    2 hr 16 min
  • Episode 141: A Nightmare on Elm Street 1 & 2
This episode begins... interesting. Skype issues cause us to start an hour and a half off schedule, causing us to rush through our opening segment. And the same issues cause Scott to podcast from his phone. But after all that it's time to start something a lot time coming: the start of our Nightmare on Elm Street retrospective. Yes, it's finally time to talk some Freddy Krueger with Scott running down the first movie and Sean doing an interesting style of rundown of part 2. Plus Jake is watching segments of the Never Sleep Again documentary to drop some knowledge you may or may not have heard.
    Music:
Ice Nine Kills - The American Nightmare
Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff - A Nightmare on My Street
    Avenged Sevenfold - Nightmare
Next time around, you guessed it, parts 3 and 4. Freddy's gonna start talking and throwing a little more one liners soon.
No outtakes due to us having to rush shit, but there is a little easter egg of Mark Patton doing the Jesse scream at a Horrorhound Convention Jake went to years ago.
