Nostalgia is such a common emotion we feel when we look at old photos or a certain smell of food can bring back the most beautiful AF moment. Its neither good nor bad but sometimes nostalgia can pull us into deception and cause us to believe an illusion we aren't allowing ourselves to see... 

I think when we separate ourselves from what is our truth of who and what we are, that is when comparison comes in and then we feel we must seek outside of us to have approval, attention, love. When we are coming from soul and are one with it, we are already all kinds of enough and feel so good in what we do, say, feel. The separation even acts up when we see our own posts not getting enough praise and then comparison comes in thinking we have to do more.

I took an entire month break to go inward more within myself. I'm so glad I gave myself that beautiful space. Rejection hurts. I dive deep into rejection from a recent experience that left me feeling ashamed about a certain part of myself and what's the truth when it came to this rejection I experienced. 

When I would get called the words 'weak' or 'fragile', I always thought they were bad. Almost like you shouldn't be that. What if I told you they weren't bad nor good? That they were neutral? What if we were all conditioned to believe that thought? WHAT IF these words were actually what you needed to be more connected, loved and understood by you and other souls? Our words are total spells to our emotions/feelings and the outcome that we see our reality as. We talked about money on episode 10, But there is another word we say subconsciously that causes a block in our  finances. The word is: EXPENSIVE. What are some other ways to say in place of that? I saw numbers everywhere. I even heard spiritual leaders talk about them. I never understood that those numbers we saw or even those symbols were linked to the divine angel realm communicating to us for guidance. How do you and I let go of control of when we receive them? And how does the universe, angels, and all the divine work?

After I would celebrate something or just simply feel good about accomplishing an achievement I noticed i would say the word, 'finally'. As in, 'finally i made that happen or i finally conquered that". It would take my good vibe all way down to some low vibe ones. Its so crucial you and I tune into what words we say because they can cause an reaction that takes away our feel good moment.
