I was in a store and as I was shopping. A trigger came up from seeing all of the bathing suits out and it left me feeling emotions that didn't feel good. As soon as I got home I went to journal which left me to back track where that trigger was and how confidence has always been with us but you and I block it from our own beliefs that are attached to our truths. 

I literally was craving a meatball sub and I remembered how satisfying it was when I had that craving totally fulfilled. It's just like our desires. Our soul wants us to have them, we want to fulfill it but sometimes we disguise our desires as wants. What is the difference between a want and a desire? is there even a difference? how does cravings come into it? 

I always heard " ask your higher self" or "find your purpose" when I found myself in total despair as to where to go next. It created this loss that I thought I had to magically find. I realized that we aren't in search of anything. We just need to uncover our truth and instead of finding ourselves; we return back to us. 

We all come from energy, we are energy and we feel energy all around us on the daily. You know when you are hanging around certain people and you feel automatically drained or maybe your energy lifted? That's were your energy is going. We are always being consumed with so much energy even with our phones. I share how I didn't realize how much energy I was leaking into social media apps, my email and my own pinterest boards that didn't serve me anymore. 

I share a personal story of a body trigger that happened while I was trying to get all hot with my boyfriend and how it lead me to dropping my view of putting so much emphasis of worth on my body. 

I've been seeing "be humble" all over social media & I didn't bother with it until one of my friends and I were having a conversation and it lead me to look up the meaning of it. Is it wrong to boost yourself & your achievements? Is there a boundary at how much you can and should celebrate yourself? How can we celebrate our wins without guilt? 

When you have all these amazing ideas and you want to bring it all through you into the physical realm, we feel this pressure to keep up with it. I thought if I didn't do it all, somehow it wouldn't be mine anymore. That is not true and in this episode we dive in more about how to stop the rush and pressure and come from a place of knowing everything is ours.
