Hundreds of prophecies are found in Scripture shedding light on the coming of Messiah, even the virgin birth.  Yet as with everything in Christianity, we must accept Christmas by faith.  Even now 2000 years or more since the first Christmas, we must accept Christ by faith.  None of the prophecies or their fulfillment in the life of Jesus Christ are fairy tales.

Once you give your life to Christ the Holy Spirit begins the work of sanctification, a lifelong process of Holy Spirit making the Word become flesh in you.

Have you put yourself in a position to be recognized by the Lord?

Most of the examples of healings in the Gospels demonstrate to us the importance of our faith.  There is an urgency.  We must press through crowds, fears, and pride, and get to Jesus. 

Jesus said, "Apart from Me you can do nothing."  He gave power for Kingdom work.

What is it that demonstrates true faith? 

If you consider your life as if it were a tree, what kind of fruit are bearing? A life of faith bears fruit, fruit that gives glory to God and nourishes others. 

Do you have doubts?  All of us do but it's what we do with the doubt that makes the difference when we are trying to grow in our faith.

If you are walking out your faith, there will be evidence.  What kind of evidence are you seeing?

The greatest hindrance to you moving in faith is fear.  Today's message encourages believers to take an active role in pushing out fear by prayer and obedience.
