He stresses that the most important thing we can manage in supernatural activities is ourselves, urging us to rise above our circumstances to be a blessing to others. He defines "traffic" as emotionally and supernaturally impactful information that occurs in proximity to people, events, or conversations relevant to us, or something we pick up about a person or object. This heightened level of spiritual discernment is crucial, but he cautions that it can easily turn into suspicion if not properly grounded in God's Word.

Joseph further explains that one way to navigate unfamiliar "traffic" is to pray or speak God's Word out loud in faith, as we cannot confront thoughts with mere thoughts. He teaches that prophetic individuals should not be on the lookout for the negative; rather, they should be open to experiencing God's revelations spontaneously. He urges us to avoid being reactive; instead, we should pray fervently in all situations and rely on God's Word to manage our internal experiences.
