Distracted by his unwashed hands from a previous bathroom ruse, Stonehands misses Dr. Dude spotting Smokey Joe, a key target. A wild chase ensues, ending with Joe crashing his car and getting captured. After a tense interrogation, Smokey Joe escapes, setting the apartment ablaze. As he tries to flee on Stonehands' bike, a perfect shot ends Joe's escape—permanently.
