We speak about how the words that have been driven into us or planted into our subconscious from our birth up until this point actually control us and our thinking or our SELF TALK on a whole other level that most of us are not aware of at all.

We get into how positive thoughts and positive affirmations are a good start and do help, but to really get to the issue, the start point we have to dig a lot deeper...a lot. John and I have a common theme in that we were both told (with a negative under tone) that we would be just like so and so...and every time we did something wrong or not up to those persons beliefs or standards that saying and the under tone was re- enforced. These type of subconscious programs can not be cured with only kissing bunnies and hugging the sky type snake oils...we all must dig deep for that self awareness and self understanding to overcome! Ignite Your Purpose Episode 15. In this highly explosive topic all about the way our mind relates to our thought's on the NOT ENOUGH or the TOO MUCH mentalities. What do we mean by that..well for the single parents, the mom's the entrepreneurs, the people in school, the side hustle, the business owner's...we all have one thing in common the fight or flight mental state. So when we are in the mix, the day to day grind there are times's when we just through our hands up and say 'its all too much, I'm to busy, I'm overwhelmed, will it ever end, ( I try to think of a line up at a restaurant) they come in waves. Then on the flip side- if we are not busy enough and that down time last just a few seconds to long we tend to flip out thinking the worst, how are we going to survive, can I pay the bills, will we have enough to do a vacation...I mean endless chatter from the un controlled mind.
