Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason in today’s journey in this game called life - how a conversation about a #rap beef 🥩 between #Eminem and #MGK lead to a massive conversation between myself and a group of people who saw a 30 second clip taken from a 25 minutes interview. Only myself watched the full interview to get the entire story but the others involved swore by the info in this 30 second clip as truth. Furthering my study of mental habits and our negative bias. We truly do take the information coming into our minds and conscious then twist and con-torte it to fit our bias belief system~

"SELF TALK" - When we look in the mirror what do we really see, what do we really say, and sometime's it's not out loud, we need to go deep into the subconscious, it's that voice in the back of your head that say's either "you can't" - "you won't"- "your not good enough"- you don't deserve it" It does take some self awareness to be present enough to hear what it is you are saying to yourself on loop -like an 'app' running on your phone in the bakcground and you just do not notice it...pay attention to what you are saying to and about yourself in your own mind - WE ARE OUR OWN WORST CRITICS

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today’s journey in this game called life- Creativity- and how the muscle we call creativity needs to be used or we loose it ! This came up to me while in the sauna this morning... I drew a blank for ideas 💡 for the 3 shows I do daily. Now there is no reason I could not have just said ok 👍 I’ll skip today because I can not think of anything... which I have done before at the beginning of this journey. Yet now 10 months in my creativity is at another level, and I feel that it’s a test and a lesson to push myself to the next level of growth in each of day of my journey’s to and for improvement- there is even more of an accomplished feeling when you do something you did not think you could!!❤️👊🙌
