Today is the start of our 21 days of corporate prayer and fasting. 

THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE FAST WE WILL ABSTAIN FROM:

Sweets, Caffeinated Beverages, Soda, Sugar Filled Drinks, And Deep-Fried Foods.

In order to dedicate time to prayer and study of the word of God I ask that you abstain from or seriously decrease participation in secular entertainment i.e. TV, Movies, Video Games etc...

IN ADDITION TO THE RESTRICTIONS STATED ABOVE THE FOLLOWING FASTING DETAILS APPLY:

April. 1st -7th: No Meat or Sweets (Fish and Dairy are ok)

April 8th -14th: Water Only from 6:00am to 6:00pm each day.

April 15th – 21st:   Fruit, Vegetables and Liquids Only (No Dairy, Meat, or Fish products)
