Mike Chan ( @uncle_mike_80) takes on a journey that sheds light onto who he is and why he is passionate and interested in the things he is. As we all know self awareness is key and he seems to have a good understanding of who he is, at least up to this point in time in his life.

 We start off going into the world of podcasting and how a simple invitation to listen and be on a friends podcast became the lead domino to sharing his own ideas, thoughts and experiences.  In his later 30's Mike took it upon himself to learn some new skills and head back to university to acquire knowledge in business and real estate.  At first it was slightly uncomfortable but a new perspective was formed when realizing he was there to learn what he was excited for and not just checking of the boxes of required courses. 

Mike shares his insights on watching first hand people lose everything or close to it during the housing crash as people attempted to keep up with the Jones', who ever those people are. learning from others peoples mistakes and avoiding making moves because everyone around him has helped minimize regret in his life. We wrap up going down memory lane, discuss his introduction to the EDM culture that has been demonized for its excess and wildness.

Terence (  @terence_white) became one of the only amatuer athlete sponsored by the power house brand BSN  who sponsored people like Conor Mcgregor ,  Flex Lewis and Lizzie Martinez

Terence first dove into the world of bodybuilding to help deal with stress and get through life problems. A simple practice became a life style that he will never walk away from. 

Her first got recognized by the brand in when he was chosen to be the American representative in the Flex Challenge where he took 2nd place but was still offered the contract afterwords. He then spent the next few years traveling with the company going to Expos and being a rep for the brand a large shows. 

We dive into all kinds of things like meeting some big name body builders like Jay Cutler and how these titans of the industry are just people too. We get into the loneliness of the sport as well. " you have a coach but hes not there with you when youre eating chicken and rice again, hes not there when youre in the gym tired. In this sport youre all alone"

Terence has recently became a Father and even tho bodybuilding is still exciting and important in his life, there are new things on the horizon.

They met in school, living in a small town of only 2,700 people. Together they create incredible music, Lambo producing and Tye performing.

( sentientfuture ) Is the founder and creator of  Sentient Process Network Theory, a concept that combines process engineering with psychology to help live a fully intentional life and live without regret.

 This episode feels dense at first and topics complicated but Allen does a wonderful job of breaking down the concepts to very understandable ideas that anyone can understand so I highly recommend listening until the end. 

What if you started paying attention to how you spent your time? In doing so you aligned your weekly activities toward your values and potential never had to regret another moment? Well that is exactly what Allen hopes to do with you. Most of have 100 waking hours a day and we spend the time on random things. A lot of these things have little value when its related to living a fulfilling life.  Allen has saved his clients over 163,000 hours and does have any intentions of slowing down there.

Hector ( @spideyhec ) Charms the world with his voice overs and impressions that he distributes in an unconventional way, Podcasting on the Spidey Hec Voice Over Show

He started of doing like voice over skits using common platforms like Instagram. He decided to take his voice skills to an audio based platform after hearing Gary vEE talk about this new platform called anchor .

Hector quickly built an audience going on his rants about life that we can all relate to. Episodes like Da dragon )how a coworker has stink ass breath and characters like Vinny Gagaguch , a mobster we had the pleasure of meeting on the show. 

We dive into a variety of topics like being true to your self, experiences with suicide and why we should all remember to be grateful.

" People come together over great food "

Matt (@the_swiner_things_bbq)  Michigan native who grew up spending summers in Vegas eating great BBQ with his grandfather. His grandmother was the breakfast master adding a little zest to traditional foods. These experiences not only shaped him, giving him a life time interests in grilling out but opened his mind to the variety of flavors foods could take on.

He traveled a lot for work as a mortgage banker where he got to sample different cultures takes on backyard favorites. This inspired him to create his own line of craft made BBQ rubs with a focus on fusion, combining great flavors that you wont at your local cookout.

We cover alot of fun topics like the difference between "grilling and smoking" How to get started. Who has the best BBQ (an age old rivalrly that may never die and some future plans like pro circuit competition and expanding his product line. 

Matt really hopes to be able to get more involved in Operation BQQ Relief  where he has been a long time volunteer.

"Don't say you can't do something... Just do what you have to do.” 

Shane (@younghaunt) is an emo musician extraordinaire. At his very young age not only does he write and produce his own music, but he taught himself guitar, how to mix his own tracks, and produces all of his own music videos. 

 “I don't want to be like other artists, I want to show that I've earned it.” Part of the reason he’s not only taken on some much being a one man show and also the reason he looking to expand into a true musician working on drums and piano next. Shane drew inspiration from bands like Linkin Park.

 That being said he has lets his style grow into what ever direction it takes, not allowing himself to get boxed into a genre. Staying unique and learning to express himself freely is something that YH has been working on for many years and refuses to stop doing.  

We get into what its like to try and build a career and brand while still in high school, balancing everyday problems like getting his license, keeping good grades, and all that other teenage stuff that we all have or are dealing with.

 "Is your saftey and kids well being more important than having a two person household where they are in toxicity?" 

Teniecka (@ggthw18) and I didn't waste anytime getting into heavy topics. She is an author, podcaster, blogger, and Youtuber who has been through a lot.  She (at the time of this episode being published) is actively going through the process of separating from her husband after living in an abusive marriage. Her courage is beyond explanation.  She grew up seeing her mother hustle and start her own businesses. 

We don’t know if it was a bug that bit or something in her blood, but she was drawn to the entrepreneur life as well. While going through a hard time, she started a catering business and transitioned in a cleaning company later on. 

Her most recent venture is her book The Gift of Finding Gods Love which is about the insights gained while struggling to leave her 8 year marriage to better her children's and her own future. There are many signs of being in an abusive relationship, some of more subtle than others. We cover some of the warning signs and the fact friends, family, and even coworkers can be toxic for your life and you must remove yourself from those situations and move on. 

Teniecka has gone as far as taking all that she has learn through these challenging times and starting a Non-Profit LAFF (loving arms for families) where she plans to help displaced families, individuals due to abuse, veterans, and people with special needs. We will keep you updated as these projects develop.
