Guest Bio: Sabina Qureshi holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Alberta (1984) and comes from a multicultural academic home that was always filled with classical music ‒ both European and North Indian. Having a lifelong love of music and art, she studied European classical piano, violin, viola, as well as North Indian raga music ‒ sitar, tablas, tanpura and voice.

Sabina has lived in Europe (Switzerland, Norway and Spain) as well as Pakistan, and is multilingual. She speaks French, Spanish, Norwegian and a few words of Urdu.

She has held many labour jobs and worked as an English teacher and translator in Spain and Norway.

A long-time student of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings, Sabina co-created and co-hosted a series of webinars aired on YouTube about the Ageless Wisdom entitled “What in the World is Happening?” from 2020 to 2023. She is interested in helping people understand and navigate the chaotic period our planet is now going through. I can remember when I was just a lad, somewhere around ten years old, being in love with new experiences and ideas. The springboard for my interests as they are today came in the form of one Dr. George Knight, professor of New Testament at Hardin-Simmons University, and an accomplished field archaeologist. It just so happened that his brother-in-law, Reverend Wayne Keller, was the pastor at my church. Our congregation had the great fortune of Dr. Knight's leadership in a number of seasonal bible studies throughout the year. To my great delight, he always added tales of his work on archaeological sites in the Near East. That's really all it took for me, because I drank it all in, and it became part of me. I have ever since been an explorer: a direct result of the marriage of faith in Jesus Christ and academic enthusiasm.

I have a BA in History from Hardin-Simmons University. I also have an MA in anthropology from Texas Tech University. This year I completed my PhD in history at Texas Tech University, focusing my studies on Early Christianity and Greco-Roman religions. I also study topics such as the survival of mythology, sacred geography, folk religion, and contemporary alternative religious movements.

I grew up in a small town called Merkel, Texas. I went to school there, learned from such wonderful teachers as Chuck Roach, Lisa Amerine, Alvin O'Dell, and Lisa Walker. Merkel also afforded me the opportunity to learn how to play the guitar, and yes, be in a rock band, Black Pearl. The little hamlet of Merkel was a wonderful place to grow up. The present population is about 2500. Merkel has an intersting history, full of cultural vibrance, and at one point in time, it even had a college. So if you ever get the chance, visit Merkel.

In my years I've had some interesting adventures. While playing in the marching band at Cisco Junior College, I visited Hawaii. I've also done archaeology on both sides of the globe: Texas and Israel. To top it all off, I've also been to Jordan, Denmark, and Mexico, and hope to add Ireland, Greece, Egypt, Thailand, Australia, Belize, and Vietnam to that list soon.

About M.K. Davis:

For the last 31 years M.K.Davis has been researching the subject of the Sasquatch.

M.K.'s quest began quietly with his interest in astro-photography where he gained experience with film and how to photograph the very faint objects in the heavens. One day, all those years ago, M.K. saw two very high quality frames from the famous Patterson Bigfoot film and they were nothing like what was commonly shown on television and the movie theaters.

M.K. began an inquiry into this famous piece of cinema that has taken him around the country until he had obtained the highest quality frames from the film. From there he reprocessed the frames and removed all hand motion to produce the clearest and most stable version of the film to date.

This led to a wider pursuit in search of the answers such as "What is the nature of the Sasquatch?" and "What is the importance of the Sasquatch and how does it relate to each of us?"

M.K. has travelled to and hiked many of the major wilderness areas in his quest for the answers to such questions. From Bluff Creek in Northern California to the Jarbidge Wilderness in Northern Nevada and down to Death Valley and Joshua Tree National Parks in the Mojave desert, Texas hill country, Louisiana swamps, The Everglades, and most everywhere in between, M.K. has been there.
