Today's talk is interesting because there is an introduction to the Sunday service by our beloved cofounder Myrtle Fillmore. This is the first talk I have seen with her words captured in the transcript although she was regularly on the platform with Charles. This talk is titled "Casting Out Error" and was given on Sunday, November 26, 1922. This was the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

Today is another Revs. Bob and Margie Brach show! We will be sharing Charles Fillmore's talk "Righteous Desire" from December 3, 1933. Mr. Fillmore did a talk with the same title in November of 1931. I shared that talk on my show on June 23, 2009, back when I was at Unity Village and broadcasting from Mr. Fillmore's former office in the Education Building! What fun that was, and .... it still is ... sharing these timeless messages of our cofounder.

Today's lesson is a midweek lesson Charles Fillmore gave on Thursday, October 7, 1926. The talk was titled "Faculties Through Which the Mind Works." He speaks to the connection between mind, ideas, and our Mental Faculty or Power of Faith. He also touches on the psychic realm and the astral plane in this lesson he apparently gave to Unity Truth students.

Today's talk is an early (1917) talk whose message is still timeless. It is Charles Fillmore's lesson "The Necessity of Mental Discipline" from Sunday, September 16, 1917.  He uses the theme of Paul's words in Philippians of "be ye renewed in the spirit of you minds" throughout this wonderful message of why we need to control our thoughts.

With the Unity World Day of Prayer event happening this week, I have chosen a talk about prayer by Charles Fillmore. The talk is called "Watch and Pray" from Sunday, March 11, 1923. I hope this talk inspires you to participate in this wonderful practice of prayer in your local Unity center or church.

Today's show is another Revs. Bob and Margie Brach show as my wife joins me as cohost. I will be reading the transcribed text of Charles Fillmore's lesson "Understanding in Relation to Experience" from his Sunday morning talk on June 19, 1932. Margie and I will share what spoke to our hearts as we reflect upon the text. Mr. Fillmore uses the story of Israel/Jacob being told by God to travel to Egypt without fear, as told in the Book of Genesis, Chapter 46.

Today's talk is titled "Freedom From Materiality." It was Charles Fillmore's Sunday morning lesson on May 20, 1923. He uses the story from 1 Kings, Chapter 18 (about Elijah) as his Scriptural basis.

One Unity main theme is the concept of "the Christ"and how this "Christ," or Spirit of the Divine, is within each and every one of us. Today's lesson is one of Charles Fillmore's Sunday morning lessons on this very topic. It is appropriately entitled "The Christ Within" and was his Sunday lesson on September 28, 1924.

This is another early talk of Charles Fillmore, given at the 913 Tracy Avenue church in Kansas City, Missouri. The title is "It Is Good to Be Made Whole." It was a talk he gave on July 7, 1912, a little more than 103 years ago, with a message that still applies today. He uses the story of Jesus' healing on the Sabbath from the Gospel stories as his Scriptural basis.

Today's show is another of the earlier talks given by Unity cofounder Charles Fillmore. It is a Sunday morning lesson he gave at the 913 Tracy Avenue Unity location in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 22, 1916. The talk is titled "Truth Demonstrates." He speaks about the concept of Truth (with a capital T) as we speak of Truth in Unity. He also speaks to the concept of "Regeneration," another of Mr. Fillmore's favorite topics.
