Presented by Rev Carolyn Swift Jones
In many New Thought communities, grief is often perceived to be a sign that something is wrong. But when understood as a spiritual practice, grief can open our hearts to a depth of compassion that includes everyone and everything. Deep compassion is the fertile ground needed for Peace to bloom, not only within us, but all over the world. Come and join us as we allow our grief to make peacemakers of us all.
And when he drew near and saw the city, he wept over her, saying, “If only you too had known, on this day, what would bring peace!”- Luke 19:41-42
