We’ve made it back for our second episode and we are so excited to have Jenna Grunsell on the podcast with us.
We were inspired to have Jenna on the podcast with us, to share her story of living and unlearning. We learn about her career and its many changes, which led her to her true calling. We explore her battle in professional identity and values, and how Jenna went from working in a lucrative industry to becoming a small business owner.
She shares with us how she has overcome her own experience with mental health challenges and teaches us about our “inner guidance system” and the value in us all learning to connect with our own. Now, she is addicted to feeling the peace in yoga and being driven to help others experience this in their own lives.
Jenna talks about how she prioritise herself in this ever changing and fast paced world through daily practices, reducing screen time, giving yourself permission to switch off and the power in breathing and ongoing learning. We talk about relationships and evolving together. And how she manages owning a small business in the midst of a global pandemic and lockdown as well.
Thank you Jenna for being so open and honest with us in this conversation, we value your support and energy.
Unfortunately we experience some serious tech issues in this episode, please bear with us as we learn to evolve through this new medium.
