When was the last time you cried? Did you try to hide your tears? Did you see them as a sign of weakness? When was the last time you allowed yourself to feel, to really feel anger, pain, anxiety, sadness? Well, for many of us, we were taught not to feel. Not to cry. To suppress our feelings and move on. But this has resulted in broken relationships, lack of confidence and even early death. For men, their lessons of unfeeling are even deeper and stronger. In this episode we will learn about tears, why they are healthy and why we need them. We will unlearn that unfeeling makes us strong because vulnerability is the ultimate sign of strength. We will shed the old beliefs about emotions and learn techniques to help us live a healthier life, full of feelings and healthy tears.
