Episode 5 almost didn’t make it.
I recorded this episode multiple times — and every time, I was angrier. I wanted to react. I wanted to clear my name. I wanted to say everything.
But this episode isn’t about reacting.
It’s about reflecting on my reaction.
In this episode, I talk about being triggered, almost losing my composure, and realizing that growth isn’t perfection — it’s restraint. It’s emotional regulation. It’s choosing discipline when the old version of you wants to come out and fight.
“He who angers you controls you.”
I had to learn that the hard way.
We’re talking about:
• Being activated vs. being angry
• Not letting people trick you out of position
• Setting boundaries when access is abused
• Outgrowing reactions
• Protecting your peace instead of defending your name
Sometimes growth looks like silence.
Sometimes it looks like loss.
Sometimes it feels lonely before it becomes legendary.
But we are still growing.
And we are not who we used to be.
Growth isn’t quiet. It’s intentional.
