  • The Kitchen Sink Play : This interview is very special as it highlights my own family and the unsung heroes of middle America.

Unrepentant do-gooders, husband-and-wife team Brent and Shannon Davis try to sit down with their family every night at their big ole dinner table (don\'t mind the sticky mystery blobs, please!). They believe the best way they can make the world a better place is to make sure everyone they connect with feels loved unconditionally and knows they are always invited to the table. In their daytime lives, Brent works as an Account Manager for a regional trucking company and Shannon is a Development Director for an Oklahoma-based nonprofit. In their personal life, they have lived out their mission of love and invitation by being parents, grandparents, foster parents, adoptive parents, stand-in parents, mentors, friends, and spiritual leaders. They love to travel to new places, eat good food, and laugh about the ways their family has more drama than a reality show.
