Do you find yourself struggling with confidence? Feeling stuck? It is so important to be aware of how language and the words that we say and think affects us and how we feel and react. It is such a subtle thing but can have such a significant impact. 

There are "red flags" phrases that have the ability to spin us out and change the meaning of what we say and how we react to it and ultimately affecting our goals and results.

We go into a relationship either unclear of who we are in a relationship or we have an expectation of how we "should be" in the relationship. The same goes true for your significant other. 
Taking responsibility for your own happiness is the best type of self-care. It is then, that we get to fully show up and just enjoy.  When we do this, we show up more confidently.
