I am so thrilled to introduce Jo Boniszewski, transformational coach and facilitator. Originally from the UK, Jo lives in The Netherlands with her husband René and their three children.
She started out her working life - in her own words - as an “insecure high performer” management trainee with a large multinational corporation. After nearly 15 years of career in commercial management roles, something in her said it was time to stop, step back, kick off her shoes and take a break to reflect on what it was that she was really meant to be doing with her work.
Although she didn’t know at the time what that was, she did know for sure that where she was at, was just not it anymore.
Jo and I had an exciting dialogue, full of inspiration, insights and joy.
Listen and learn:
* How it was possible that the fact of being a successful corporate director didn't take away her feeling of insecurity.
* How she knew she had to cut a cord, without having a clue what to do next.
* What the big question was when she resigned and threw her business cards in the bin, while having a panic wave.
* How important it is to get away from a working environment and system that keeps the status quo.
* Why the signs of a restricted or bored soul can take many forms (and it is often not what you think).
* How to know if the sign to take a leap of faith is not just a whim?
And so much more! I hope you'll be excited and inspired to look at your own life and start to see the whispering signs for your own leap of faith with much more clarity.
