About the band
Fractured Spine is a duo band consisting of Finnish cousins Antti and Timo Kirjavainen.
They describe their music as experimental, atmospheric, and melodic, incorporating many death/doom metal elements into most of their songs.
The band has received positive reviews in specialised press, such as WoodBangers.
Fractured Spine has taken almost every influence under the sun and compiled it into one. They exhibit a heavy influence derived from the Industrial/Experimental music genre, while maintaining a strong grasp on their death, speed, and metal roots. This is a group that stands out on their own, with no clear comparison to other bands ~ Woodbangers

About the Songcard
Lau.tastic tells us the inspiration behind her first Songcard
This is the artwork created for this Hard techno track. This is the way I envision it...It tells you a story of how a video game character gets out from the grave and start looking around. Something woke him up from his peaceful sleep and he is not quite sure why. He is some sort of ninja soldier with a couple of katanas on his back and somehow super ready to battle. He finds himself lost and physically injured, all around him there are only buildings in ruins, everything is demolished, destroyed, deserted. It is nearly night time... An apocalyptic landscape surrounds him, creepy sounds whizz through the air. Suddenly he feels trembling with fear and needs to fight for his life, slaying around and finding his way among dark creatures that lay in wait to attack him. Fortunately and after a long journey, desperate to find some answers he manages to kill those creatures and get safe to his shelter. Exhausted he rests, unsure if this would be the end of that terrific experience just lived.
