~ Where Attention Goes, Energy Flows ~

In recent episodes I explored shifting away from fear & shifting into desire, with intent. So what's the overarching lesson of these episodes? Where we direct our energy, is how we manifest our reality. If we are thinking thoughts of lack and are influenced by a belief around scarcity, then that is what shows up in our reality. Once we bring awareness to our energy, we can consciously shift into embodying what we most deeply desire. & then it is imperative to be patient as our reality syncs up. So, we will keep flowing energy into what we want because in many cases, we have to believe before we see.

This is where I am at in my own awakening, so this week I reveal my limiting belief system around money and how I am flowing energy into it a new way.

☀︎ Shifting away from Fear ≫ Shifting into Desire, with Intent ☀︎

This is how the collective is needing to shift, in order to save ourselves from creating our own fears-come-true, again & again

We have 12 universal needs (cred: Christie Inge), like spokes on a wheel. If any of those cogs are blocked, your wheel stops. If any of those cogs have negative energy, you start spiraling downwards, but if you address these unmet needs by sending them love and trust in their unfolding, you begin to elevate your own perception

We are taught from a young age that living effortlessly & elegantly is not okay ~ we must work hard to deserve to be walking on this earth. & I am recognizing that I have mistakenly been subconsciously choosing to listen to that belief, and therefore create my reality under those limitations..

Now I am instead making a conscious shift into believing i will accomplish all my heart's desires in effortless manners

This is becoming my personal truth

We can get trapped in bad habits & cycles that play on autopilot in our minds, that then subsequently create the reality we experience. We are taught to give power to our subconscious, fear-based belief systems. 

If, instead, we recognize our ability to consciously create our reality, and begin to re-frame our limiting fears into choice & opportunity, we can see a shift in our external world.

~ Practices to slow down and become grounded can be useful and healing, but without focus, direction, and experimentation, they could leave to stagnation. We nourish our minds spirits and bodies through growth and exploration as well as rest.

~ In this episode, I introduce this concept of Individual Elasticity ~ cultivating flexibility, resilience, & responsiveness by complementing slowing down (rooting) with speeding up (shooting). Our system is designed to be flexible and responsive.
